Some updates to our whelping building process! This building will be primarily where everyone sleeps at the end of the night if not in our bed, for mitigating any possible fights when the girls go into heat, allowing any boys we have to be able to relax without stressing about getting to the girls, and to give our mamas some calm in those first few weeks when the pups are at their most vulnerable! We’ve pressure washed the floor an disinfected it until it can be professional sealed, finished painting the walls, repaired some electrical wiring that needed redone, stained or painted the cabinetry! We’ve also added new door locks to the building and are awaiting our cameras to arrive! We’re not done by a long shot but we’re getting there! We still have to hire someone for the mini split installation, have to replace some handles on the upper wooden cabinets, finish the paint on the garage door and fix the drywall that had to be removed for the electrical, we’re waiting on the handles and new lighting to come in! Long term goals are to get the floor sealed in October, have a fully installed fence put in on the exterior versus paneling, and replacing the ceiling fans this October as well! Down the line I’d also like to add plumbing and small bathroom to the building as well since it already has its own 500 gallon septic that isn’t in use yet! #ukc #akc #texas #healthtested #cardiganwelshcorgi

The day before xray day we’ll redo guesses one more time to solidify and closet person gets one of our Silvermoon cups from the website sent to them!
